Christmas 2008

Christmas Eve, we went over to mom and dads. Todd, Diane, the kids, Grandma Shirley, and Jack was there. We ate, and opened up presents. The kids had fun running around playing with Abby and TJ. Later that night before we left, all the kids put on the PJ's and Papa read them Twas the Night Before Christmas. It was cute to see them all gathered around him while he read the story.

Christmas Day, we went tom my Mimi and Papa's, in Broken Arrow. All my Uncles, Aunts, and cousins were there. We opened up presents and ate together. The kids went outside and played. It was a nice day. It was a Merry Christmas.

Childrens Inocents

The morning of Christmas Eve is a big one. The kids wake up early and are so excited, they know who is coming tonight. So for the rest of the day I will have to hear, "Is he almost here yet?" Too funny! Kids are so inocent, I wish they could stay that way for a while, but they grow up so fast. Everyone have a Merry Christmas Eve and a Merry & Safe Christmas. We love you all.

Finally becoming a "real" Blogger

After a half a day of being on the computer, trying to customize the layout and add music. I finally have it. Tomorow is Christmas Eve. The kids are so excited. I will finally have my husband back. Jimmy's hours at UPS will finally go back to normal. I haven't seen too much of him. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas!

Colton and the OU Heismen Winners

This month Colton and Jimmy had the opportunity to go and meet the 3 OU Heismen winners. Well pre-Sam Bradford. They were able to get their pictures taken with them and get several autographs. Colton got mini helmet signed, an OU football signed, and picture with them. Jimmy was able to get me a football autographed too. Jason White personally wrote a message to me and Jimmy took his picture with my ball. They had fun and it was a "cool experience" as Colton says.

The Kids in Alabama

Last month for vacation Jimmy, the Kids and I went to visit Don and Pat in Alabama. It was a 10 hour drive. The kids did really well. We left on Sunday morning about 5am and we arrived at their house around 4pm. The first day we were able to go out on their new boat and sight see the lake (which they live right on). It was very nice and the kids loved being able to drive the boat. We were able to rest and relax the rest of the time. Pat took some pictures in her studio. We left on Thursday for the long drive home. All and all it was a good trip.
